1. What FactoryMatch VN does
FactoryMatch VN is the export desk for international buyers looking for Vietnamese supply. It selects factories that have been verified, then manages the order from sampling through production to export documentation. For supplier partners, that means one desk handling buyer communication, rather than each factory chasing overseas buyers on its own.
2. Who can apply: 8 industries
Supplier partners are accepted from these 8 industries:
- Apparel / textiles (CMT and FOB production)
- Footwear (OEM)
- Furniture and wooden goods
- Bags and leather goods
- Sporting goods — hand-stitched baseballs and softballs, baseball gloves, golf gloves
- Processed agricultural products
- Seafood
- Fresh fruits
Priority capacity areas include hand-stitched baseballs/softballs and gloves, handicrafts, and apparel production. Factories outside these 8 industries are not a fit for this partner program at present.
3. What we need from you
It helps to have the following ready before submitting your factory profile:
- Company profile: factory location, workforce size, main product lines
- Production capacity: monthly output by product, current lead times
- Certificates held (if any): quality, social compliance, product-specific certificates
- Export experience: markets served, sample availability
- Product photos and specifications for your main items
Factories that can provide samples quickly move faster through review, because buyers almost always ask for a sample before placing a trial order.
